Return/Return Policy:


All Sales are Final. If an item(s) is/are arrives broken, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. Send two to three pictures of the broken item(s) and you will be guided on how to fix it. If it cannot be fixed, you will be issued a replacement or credit for another item(s) for equal value. The replacement item(s) will be mail within 3 business days. Please Note: Mocha Dazzlin Jewelz are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Damages and issues:

All Sales are Final. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact Mocha Dazzlin Jewelz immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Important Note: Mocha Dazzlin Jewelz inspects all accessories before mailing.
