Shipping policy

Shipping and Processing:
Pease make sure you provide the correct spelling of your name and shipping address. Orders can take up to 2-3 business days to process once the invoice has been paid. This time frame excludes weekends and holidays. We ship through the United States Postal Service. If your tracking reflects your order has been scanned at the USPS and you do not received your order please contact your local USPS to file a claim on the missing order. 

Ensure your address is correct before submitting your order. We ship your order to the address on the order. If your order is returned due to the wrong address, the customer is responsible for additional postage to have it ship back out if the original package is return to sender. Once your order has been shipped, an email is sent with your tracking information. Please check your spam/junk folders if you do not receive in your main email inbox. 

**Please note, we are not responsible for stolen or lost packages.*** Please file a claim with your local USPS.  Also inform Mocha Dazzlin Jewelz about your missing order via email info@mochadazzlinjewelz@.com. This way if it is return we will notify you so you can pay the additional postage to have it mail back out to the correct address.
